If hotel is your choice for accomodations, there are a few close to town. There are a few hotels located in town but the newest is the SpringHill Suites (Marriot) which should be finished this spring. We have not been able to get a definite opening date yet, so if this is one you are interested in, keep checking back! The Comfort Inn is pet friendly. Best Western is your basic, economically friendly hotel. Ellijay River House is a lovely Bed & Breakfast within walking distance to charming downtown. Amicalola Falls Lodge is a beutiful property with lodge rooms & cabins. Bonus: the beutiful falls are right on the property!

The Hartsfield- Jackson International Airport (ATL) is approximately 1.5 hours away (with no traffic). Chattanooga Airport (CHA) is about 1 hr 20 mins away. This airport is much smaller and easy to navigate but not as many airline options available.

Ride share options are very limited in Ellijay. It is best to have your own vehicle to get around.
